Remember you must have organised your own festival ticket in order to take advantage of our services. By booking our services to the appropriate festival, see Festivals & Bookings, you receive our regular services package and gain full membership to the Quest for the Fest Camping Club. If you have any additional needs or require anything extra, please read the appropriate sections on this page and contact us with any queries.

Regular Service

Tents

You will be provided with a tent or tents that are most appropriate for your group.

We can accomodate any sized group. Your tents will always be right next to each other!                                                                                                                              

Airbeds

We provide you with single or double airbeds, depending on your needs.

Cooking facilities

Cooking facilities include:

• Tables
• Coolers
• Plates, bowls, cups and utensils
• Washing up facilities
• Gas cookers and BBQ with pots, pans and kettles

Please note: that some festivals do not allow any gas on the campsite, so no gas cookers will be available. Some festivals, such as Roskilde, have communal cooking areas already set up and these will therefore be utilised.

Other group items

You will also have access to the following:

• Quest for the Fest Member's Marquee
• Chairs and tables
• First aid kit
• Various grocery items
• We drive into town most days to collect necessities

The benefits of the Quest for the Fest Camping Club speak for themselves, however here is a list of just a few:

Reduced Hassle

You will not need to carry your gear to and from the airport, then to and from the festival site and then spend ages trying to find a site and set up. We always arrive at the festival early, ensuring we get a great site. When you arrive we will lead you to the site and in most cases all you’ll have to do is pump your airbed up with one of our pumps (we can help you with this too, if it is required).

During the festival, you may need more supplies, such as food and perhaps alcohol - carrying all this stuff back on a public bus can be a drag. We can help you by picking this stuff up for you most days.

At the end of the festival all you need to do is let us inspect your tent and give it a quick clean if necessary. That’s it! After that you can just get up and go!

Reduce your Cost

The cost benefits of using Quest for the Fest are huge! If you add up the cost of just buying a tent and airbed, most times you will already be saving money by using us. Add to this, the use of the cooking facilities, marquee, chairs and everything else, and you will see the huge savings you’ll be making!

Party Atmosphere

The Quest for the Fest hosts create a great social atmosphere. Our entertainment expert; Juzza, is dedicated to making sure you have the time of your life and will not disappoint!  We have activities during the day for those times when there’s no band or DJs playing. We have a marquee where you can chill out with friends and meet other members.

Increased comfort

You have probably been camping before and have probably slept on the ground or maybe one of those terrible camping mats (more like a piece of cardboard). You may not even mind it that much. But imagine going back each night to a comfortable air mattress - you will have so much more energy to enjoy the festival the next day. If you know Europe weather, then you know there is a good chance of it raining at least once at each festival. So rather than spending that time squatting in your tent waiting for it to subside, you will be in the member’s marquee chilling on our comfortable chairs and enjoying awesome company and a great atmosphere.

Support and Networking

If you’re traveling by yourself or in a small group it’s always great to have the support of others around you. There is always a host around the campsite and they will be able to help out if a need arises.

By becoming a member of Quest for The Fest (you are automatically a member by making a booking) you will be able to network with other members at the festival and then after the festival on our forum and Facebook group.

About Us

The Quest for the Fest Camping Club is a non for profit unincorporated association.  Our aim is to assist festival goers with all their camping needs. This is done by supplying them with camping gear, cooking facilities and support.

In 2007 the founder of Quest for the Fest identified the need for an organisation that assists travellers and locals with their camping needs when attending festivals. So with the help of others Quest For The Fest was established to assist festival goers with all their camping needs.

The coordinators of Quest For The Fest travel around Europe in the festival season to selected festivals with a minibus full of camping gear. This includes tents, airbeds, gas cookers, coolers, a marquee and other necessary equipment. This service allows members to enjoy a hassle free event, with no need to be hauling around a heavy load of camping gear. The other major benefit members receive is the support from the coordinators and other members; a party-like atmosphere is formed within the group, which enhances the experience of the festival. In most cases the gear will be set up for members when they get there and packed up when they leave. This also benefits the environment through reducing the waste often left behind by festival goers.
